My Music Man
March 2010 Create/G2P/Hybrids/Greetings/Bespoke Design Cards.
Having a kit containing so many musical elements meant I just had to scrap my son and his musical abilities.
I mixed up the different kits, this layout features items from the Create, Go 2 Pieces, Hybrids, Bespoke Design Cards, and Greetings kits, which shows just how well they all co-ordinate together.
The large Sassafras alphabet surprised me, the mix of colours and large font I initially thought I'd have trouble using, but they went with the other kit elements so well and the end result is a bold title that makes a real statement.

Sam's gorgeous example below really does show that bolder colours and patterns are not just for boys!
The addition of the flower, frame and the delicate Bespoke Card design softens the brighter colours making it perfect for a little girl LO.
Using CREATE, G2P, HYBRIDS and BESPOKE DESIGN CARDS
The title of this LO came about as Nina claims her lucky number is 7! The Hybrid letters were perfect picking up the gold in the star die-cut mount and the petals from one of the blooms. The hybrid frame works great with a small photo, and the Sassafrass selvages are great to use as borders.

Spin My Heart!
We simply adore Sam's 'Spin My Heart' LO, there are so many different things to look at and little extra touches.
USING MARCH CREATE, G2P, HYBRIDS and BESPOKE DESIGN CARDS
"It's amazing what sleep does to you!
I had this LO completely planned, but wasn't 100% happy. Overnight I came up with an alternative idea, very not me, but sometimes it's good to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.
I basically created squares of papers 3" x 3", mounted them with either black or white and then backed them with some of the cards from G2P or the Design cards. I added a stitching line effect to each, and also to the chipboard, to co-ordinate the layout."
